Wiseal PRO — Epoxy Tile Grout (Outdoor Durable)
Polymer-based grout built for harsh outdoors — UV, extreme temperatures and acid rain
Product description
Wiseal PRO Epoxy Grout is a polymer-based tile grout specially designed for harsh outdoor environments. It breaks through the performance limitations of traditional epoxy grouts, combining UV resistance, extreme temperature resistance and acid rain corrosion resistance to give long-lasting protection and an aesthetic finish for outdoor tiles, stone and similar applications.
Package: 400 ml.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored at or below 27 °C.
Colors: over 20 colors available.
Product features
- Polymer-based formulation with excellent resistance to all weather factors — sunshine, rain, temperature change
- Stain-resistant, mildew-proof
- Strong adhesion — long-lasting and high adhesion strength
- Environmentally friendly — free from formaldehyde, benzene and nonylphenol
- Meets the ISO 9001 quality management system and the French A+ environmental standard
Applications
- Joint filling for ceramic tiles, natural stone, mosaics and other decorative surfacing
- Both interior and exterior wall and floor joints, countertops and various substrate connections
Directions for use
- Use tools such as a grout cleaner or scraper to clean oil stains, loose materials and other contaminants out of the gaps, then sweep with a brush so the tile gaps and surrounding areas are clean, dry and free of dust and debris.
- It is recommended to apply masking tape to the edges of the gaps before applying the grout sealant.
- Use a labor-saving caulking gun for application. Apply 30 cm of grout first and discard it to ensure the grout is mixed evenly.
- The inner diameter of the grout outlet should be smaller than the width of the gap, and the mixing tube should sit at a 45° angle to the tile surface so the grout can fill the gap.
- After applying the grout, use a grouting tool to scrape it evenly and forcefully along the tile joints.
- After the product has fully cured, use a scraper to clean excess material on both sides of the gap — recommended after 12 hours (extend the time if the ambient temperature is low). If masking tape was used, remove it immediately after pressing the gap, together with the excess sealant around it.

Cautions
- If application is interrupted for more than 20 minutes, the grout inside the mixing nozzle gradually solidifies. If it becomes hard or impossible to extrude, fit a new mixing nozzle.
- Ensure the tile surfaces are dry and free of moisture to prevent the grout from turning white after application.
- For any unused grout in the tube, first remove the mixing nozzle, wipe off excess grout, then tighten the cap and store it until the next use.
- Light-coloured products may yellow under ultraviolet light — avoid using them in areas exposed to direct sunlight.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact with incompletely cured grout, and keep out of reach of children.
