Product description

Wiseal NF Adhesive is a one-component high-strength bonding sealant based on SBS polymer. It is widely used to replace traditional metal nails, achieving a strong, waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant bond. Suitable for wood, stone, ceramics, metal and other materials — for building decoration, panel paving and similar applications.

Storage and shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored at or below 27 °C (80 °F) in the original unopened containers.

Colors: yellow, white, clear.

Applications

  • Bonding wood, stone, ceramics, metal and other materials
  • Bonding tiles, stones, plaster lines, skirtings and wall panels — avoids damaging the surface by drilling holes
  • Advertising industry: fastening LED logos and lettering

Directions for use

  1. Clean the surface — it must be dry, clean and free of grease.
  2. Cut the nozzle to the desired size at a 45° angle.
  3. Apply evenly using a caulking gun.
  4. Smooth the sealant bead with a tool so the surface looks neat.
  5. If used indoors, keep good ventilation after application by opening windows and doors.

Cautions

  • Do not apply in environments over 80 °C
  • Do not use in applications for immersion in water or constantly wet conditions
  • Do not apply on substrates that bleed oil, plasticizer or solvent
  • Avoid eye contact with uncured sealant, especially with children — in case of eye contact, flush eyes with water or seek medical attention immediately
  • Keep away from children
